邓飞，男，1981年生，四川巴中人。现任四川文理学院外国语学院副教授。长期从事英语语言教育与翻译研究，主讲英语阅读、英语听力、旅游英语、大学英语等多门课程。主持科研及教学改革项目20项，发表学术论文29篇，出版专著1部。
